We
advise in areas such as local taxation, the environment, licences for activities
and environmental permissions, government responsibility for assets, administrative
sanctions of all types, in particular in connection with traffic, the circulation
of motor vehicles and road safety, amongst many other matters. We lodge all
types of administrative appeals and carry out all relevant procedures in cases
brought against the administration, at all levels.
In the area of Urbanistic Law, our work includes both advice and the lodging
and follow-up of appeals against the administration and competent jurisdictional
bodies in both general planning (General Zoning Plans / Municipal Urbanistic
Zoning Plans, Urban Planning Regulations) and derivatives (Partial Plans,
Special Plans, Detail Studies, Urban Upgrading Plans). We also handle urban
planning management (redivision, expropriations, reversions, etc) and intervention
in building and land use (urban planning permissions, infringements and sanctions
in urbanistic law).
