Carlos Rico joined the practice when it was first established. Since his early
days in the profession he has concentrated on Labour Law in the entrepreneurial
area. He has advised and acted for the interests of national and multinational
companies who form the client base of the practice. He directs and implements
strategy in negotiating wage agreements and labour force adjustment plans,
acting as legal counsel in proceedings of all types before the Social courts
(collective conflicts, dismissals, sanctions, job descriptions, claims, benefits
and other Social Security matters) and at all levels, including appeals on
grounds of unconstitutionality to the Constitutional Court. He is head of
Labour Law at the practice.

to the Entrepreneurs Federation of Catalonia.
