Eva Gasulla joined the practice in 1997 and became a partner in 2003. Since joining she has worked on matters relating to Administrative and Urbanistic Law, while also dealing with other areas of Civil Law (contracting, procedural, real estate), Commercial and Bankruptcy Law (company, commercial contracting, temporary receiverships and bankruptcy). Acting as legal counsel in numerous procedures of many different kinds, before the Civil and Commercial Courts, Ms Gasulla has gained a wide-ranging knowledge of law in a more general sense. She now heads our department of Administrative and Urbanistic Law.
