Bufete
Rabionet & Associats was established as a Limited Society in 1997, although
the law practice had grown alongside the professional careers of lawyer and
economist José Rabionet Rissech and his colleagues
since 1974. Bufete Rabionet was created with the aim of continuing the multidisciplinary
approach to legal practice of its principal founding partner. The experience
of José Rabionet and Carlos
Rico, the two most senior partners, both in legal practice and as secretary
to the Baix Vallès Manufacturers Group (since 1970 and 1980 respectively)
have endowed the practice with extensive in-depth knowledge of company needs,
problems and interests, which translates into first-class service to clients.
Since
its inception, the legal team of Bufete Rabionet & Associats has grown
from five to eleven, with the purpose of ensuring the quality of its service
thanks to the specialisation of its members, who have, nevertheless, all worked
in a number of legal fields during their training.
To meet the management needs of our clients, in 1986 we established ADIEC, a company which provides labour, accounting and tax management services, and which shares premises with our law practice.
As a result of our professional activity and the needs of our clients, today we work with a number of firms both in Spain and abroad, to which those matters may be referred that require the personal intervention of lawyers with expertise in other specialities or who are closer to the points of conflict.
Thanks to the trajectory of the practice and its recognition, one of the
most representative institutions of Catalan civil society and a leading point
of reference in the country’s socioeconomic life has entrusted Bufete
Rabionet with the task of advising and provide the impetus for the establishment
and initial steps of the UPIC,
the
Unió de Polígons Industrials de Catalunya (Union of Industrial
Estates of Catalunya), an organisation which seeks primarily to foster the
association of entrepreneurs on the industrial estates and to promote proceedings
with the administration designed to achieve better management of the infrastructures
which affect these estates.
