In
the criminal field, we study and analyze matters that may have criminal consequences,
we assist those under arrest (in police station, court or prison), we act
for the accused throughout proceedings and lodge the appropriate appeals before
all legal instances. However we also often prosecute, defending the interests
of the individual or body affected by an offence: we do everything from preparing
the necessary evidence and drawing up the charges, to following through with
all formalities and proceedings until a verdict with redress for damages is
obtained, while not precluding the negotiation of out-of-court settlements
whereby redress considered sufficient by our client is obtained.
While we provide these services in all areas of Criminal Law, the subspecialities
we most deal with at Bufete Rabionet are those pertaining to Economic Criminal
Law (tax, company offences, fraud, embezzlement, fraudulent conveyance, offences
against workers’ rights, etc.)
