Courses and seminars in social and labour, accounting and financial subjects
Vicenç Navarro started his career in law in public administration
and then in private enterprise. In 1990 he opened his own office, which he
integrated into the practice in 1992. In the private arena he has acted as
advisor to entrepreneurial groups and, in the area of the Administration,
as advisor to labour and civil servant sectors of the public services. He
has directed proceedings and advised in the area of Civil Law (successions,
lets, etc), administrative law (diverse claims, sanctions, tax) and commercial
law (constitutions and company law in general, contracts and commercial litigation,
etc), although very specially in social-labour matters (dismissals, sanctions,
labour force adjustment plans, pensions and social security in general) both
for private individuals and companies. He is currently partner and Director
of the Social-Labour Department - his specialty being management and labour
advice for companies (payroll, social security and official procedures) -
of the legal, tax and labour management firm ADIEC, in close collaboration
with Bufete Rabionet.
